FOOD BANK MINISTRY

The
Rock Creek Food Bank Ministry has a vision to have a solid outreach
ministry that is capable of helping those in our church, as well as our
community, that are in need. The
Rock Creek Food Bank Ministry can use your help!
Food,
housing or heat? Which would you choose? Would you rather your children
be hungry, homeless, sick or cold? These choices are all to common for
families in financial distress.
Imagine
the despair a parent must feel when you must choose between paying for
food, rent, medical bills or heat. Imagine not knowing where your next
meal is coming from.
What
can you do to remove these difficult choices? Make a food donation to
the The Church at Rock Creek Food Ministry and help us end hunger in our
community.
Food donations can be brought to the
Care Center Building from Monday
through Friday from 8:00am - 11:00am or 1:00pm - 5:00pm. We have a
walk-in fridge/freezer for perishable donations. You may also bring your food
donation to one of our
weekend
services.
Your prayers and
donations help to keep this ministry alive and are greatly
appreciated!
